Dr. Milne graduated from Northwestern University Dental School i and then furthered his dental education in a general dental residency program at Evanston Hospital in Evanston Illinois. He provided general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry to the public, hospital staff, the critically ill and medically compromised patients.

Prior to attending Northwestern University Dental School, Dr. Milne attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He continued his medical education at Indiana University/Purdue University Respiratory Therapy program in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated with a degree in Respiratory Therapy.
