We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Indiana, IN so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site.

Insurance and Payment Options

We accept many insurance programs. There are a variety of different plans offered by each insurance company. Please bring in a copy of your dental insurance card and benefits package offered at your first dental appointment.  The dental benefit schedule offered can be found online via your dental insurance carrier and can also commonly be found in the dental benefits book.  When you bring in your dental benefits schedule, we can then help you understand your dental benefits coverage.

Payment Options

Multiple payment options are available to help you proceed with your commitment to looking and feeling your best.

We want our patients to comfortably afford dental care.

Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover cards are accepted.

Option 1

A 5% savings for Cash or Personal Check payments in full at time of service.

A 3% savings for Visa, MasterCard, & Discover card payments in full at time of service.

If you have insurance, we will direct the insurance benefit to you and if your carrier pays us instead, we will forward the check to you.

Option 2 Pay as you go:

Insured Patients: Payment of estimated dental Co-payment will be due at each appointment for services rendered that day. Any remaining balance after insurance benefits have been provided, will be billed to you. If there is a credit balance, a re-imbursement check will be issued to you.

 

Non-Insured patients: Your total estimate can be divided over the number of appointments necessary to complete treatment.

Although, we will accomodate requests to pre-authorize benefits with your insurance company, there is still no guarantee that the insurance company will honor the pre-determination.

 

Facilities and Equipment

At White Orchid Dental, We strive to provide the highest level of dental care with your safety and comfort being top priority. Our facility is mercury free. We utilize digital dental radiography to minimize x-ray exposure and enhance diagnostic accuracy. We use cameras to record color photos of your teeth and tisuues so you can easily see what we see.  Color photos also can be provided to insurance companies when  x-rays do not represent the visual problem. We use self-contained water supplies for all the hand-pieces, therefore, we have access to routinely disinfect all the water lines. All of our sterilization and infection control procedures are state of the art.
