We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Munster, IN so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Option 1

A full 5% savings for payments in full at time of service. If you have insurance, we will direct the insurance benefit to you.

Option 2 Pay as you go:

Insured Patients: Payment of estimated Co-payment will be due at each appointment for services rendered that day. Any remaining balance after insurance benefits have been provided, will be billed to you. If there is a credit balance, a re-imbursement check will be issued to you.

 

Non-Insured patients: Your total estimate can be divided over the number of appointments necessary to complete treatment.

At White Orchid Dental, We strive to provide the highest level of dental care with your safety and comfort being top priority. Our facility is mercury free. We utilize digital dental radiography to minimize x-ray exposure and enhance diagnostic accuracy. We use self-contained water supplies for all the hand-pieces, therefore, we have access to disinfecting all the water lines. All of our sterilization and infection control procedures are state of the art.
